How do I use the Rotterdampas?
The discount will be added when using the promtioncode: RDAMPAS. Your RotterdamPas will be checked upon arrival. For people without a Rotterdam pass, a separate booking must be made.
Age restrictions
Players must be minimum 12 years and over 140 cm tall to play. Some VR experiences are only recommended for 16+ years old players.
Anyone aged under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult. All players under 18 need parental permission to play.
How Many People Can Play At Once?
A maximum of 8 players can play in a session at any one time. For larger groups, we book back-to-back sessions. It is a lot of fun to see your friends or colleagues play while you are waiting for your group to start. Sessions run partially in parallel, so you don’t have to wait very long.
What should I wear?
Who Can or Cannot Play?
Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. If we decide you are not fit to play in the arena then I’m afraid you will not receive a refund or credit. There is plenty of time for a drink afterwards to boast about your skills!
You will need to be able to walk around, unassisted for at least half an hour with full use of both hands. People with vision in one eye are able to play.
For safety reasons anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions are not able to play:
- Epilepsy and similar seizure disorders
- Deaf or severe hearing loss
- Broken leg or arm
- Wheelchair users
Our experiences are not recommended for anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions:
- Heart condition
- Highly pregnant
Can This Cause Motion Sickness?
We have worked tirelessly on every part of our experience to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems.
Your body is the controller, moving naturally and you are in full control of the movements. You will feel free, untethered and immersed in the world you are set.
Only 0.02% of our players have pulled out due to motion sickness. If you suffer from vertigo or agoraphobia then do let us know as the effects can be the same in these immersive worlds.
We are there to help so let us lead you through the process and guide you into the game.
Can I Wear Glasses?
Will we play alone?
If you book a couple of tickets for a session then, just like in the cinema, other people may join you in that game session. If you want to book the entire arena then you will need to book all the available tickets for that session.
