and our answers

Our prices vary by date and group size. Prices start at EUR 25 per game per person. Please check the ticket portal to find out the price for a ticket.
A ticket will get you a 60 minute experience (approx. 30 minutes in-game time).

Click on the TICKETS button at the top of the page to purchase tickets.

If tickets have already been sold for a certain time slot and there are still places available, you can join that game.

Our VR experience lasts about 30 minutes. This can be a 30 minute game or 2 of 15 minutes. In total you will be busy for about an hour, including the preparations.

Ideal and creditcard payments are accepted.

On site
On site we do only accept card payment (debit & creditcard)

Players must be minimum 10 years and over 130 cm tall to play. Anyone aged under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult. All players under 18 need parental permission to play.

The VR backpacks weighs 6 Kg and our VR games are fully immersive.  You need to be sure your children have the mental and physical strength to get the most out of the games. If you would not take them to a scary PG film then we would suggest you play yourself before encouraging your children to play.

If still unsure, we recommend that you try our award winning Engineerium out of this world maze puzzler and Mission Maybee.

A maximum of 8 players can play in a session at any one time. For larger groups, we book back-to-back sessions. It is a lot of fun to see your friends or colleagues play while you are waiting for your group to start. Sessions run partially in parallel, so you don’t have to wait very long.

This is an active experience so please make sure you wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (ie. no high heels). We also recommend not wearing mascara as it can smudge the lens and impact your experience.

Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. If we decide you are not fit to play in the arena then I’m afraid you will not receive a refund or credit. There is plenty of time for a drink afterwards to boast about your skills!

You will need to be able to walk around, unassisted for at least half an hour with full use of both hands. People with vision in one eye are able to play.

For safety reasons anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions are not able to play:

  • Epilepsy and similar seizure disorders
  • Deaf or severe hearing loss
  • Broken leg or arm
  • Wheelchair users

Our experiences are not recommended for anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions:

  • Heart condition
  • Highly pregnant

We have worked tirelessly on every part of our experience to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems.

Your body is the controller, moving naturally and you are in full control of the movements. You will feel free, untethered and immersed in the world you are set.

Only 0.02% of our players have pulled out due to motion sickness. If you suffer from vertigo or agoraphobia then do let us know as the effects can be the same in these immersive worlds.

We are there to help so let us lead you through the process and guide you into the game.

Our VR headset do fit regular size glasses. However we recommend wearing contact lenses for the best experience.

If you book a couple of tickets for a session then, just like in the cinema, other people may join you in that game session. If you want to book the entire arena then you will need to book all the available tickets for that session.
